If a person is unable to attend, they are encouraged to send a personal representative. Emergency boxes are also available from the Unity, Troy and Burnham Town Offices. Volunteers are always welcome to assist setting up and passing out food.

The public is invited to attend all board meetings held on the first Saturday of each month at 7:30 am at the Unity Union Church.

Snow Storm Information: If a snow storm should occur just before or during, the third Saturday of the month, when a food pantry is scheduled, please check WABI TV Channel 5 of cancellation information or you can call 948-6232 and check the answering machine.

The VRFP is 100% volunteer driven with about 98% of our financial support used to purchase food at 16 cents a pound. All financial contributions are tax deductible and can be mailed to VRFP Po Box 175 Unity, Maine 04988.
